RETURNS POLICY

If you decide your purchase is unsuitable you must return your order within 7 days of receipt of your products. If your products carry a “Money back guarantee” then this period is extended to match the “Money back guarantee” period.

Products are to be returned to electrostoreonline, Beechwood House, Falkland Close, Coventry, CV4 8HQ, UK.

The products being returned must be in perfect condition and securely packed to avoid any damage and we recommend returning the products by recorded delivery.

Unless proof of delivery to us or receipt by a courier is supplied, electrostoreonline will not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer, which are not received.

On safe return of products electrostoreonline will refund all sums paid by you, less cost of return postage.

You must notify us if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will then contact you to arrange a replacement or an alternative solution. We will require proof of payment to process refunds, therefore please keep your invoice safely.

Products that carry a Manufacturer’s guarantee can be returned if faulty to us for repair/exchange during the warranty period. All products still in guarantee will be tested upon return.

Products that are specially made cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty/damaged.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
