DELIVERY INFORMATION

Electrostoreonline products send nearly all the goods purchased by first Class Royal Mail, if you have paid for this service. This means that you should receive your order probably the day after you placed an order or it may take upto 7 working days and little longer for Europe and rest of the world. If you have selected guaranteed fast delivery service then this will delivered by the next working day.

Delivery cost will vary depending on the weight of the goods and is always shown prior to payment, so you have the option to amend the delivery method. As a general guide the prices are:

For UK normally cost £4.00 to £12.00 per unit (but could be higher depending on weight)

For Europe normally cost £5.00 to £16.00 per unit (but could be higher depending on weight)

For Rest of the World normally cost £6.00 to £15.00 per unit (but could be higher depending on weight)

For UK Guaranteed next working day (i.e. Monday to Friday) delivery cost is £9.95 per unit

For Europe and Rest of the World Special delivery service, please contact us to provide the cost.

Pallet rates are available on request.

Please note your order will be processed during Monday to Friday, therefore orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday (for next day preferences) providing they are in stock.

Our courier will deliver our goods to your door, they usually deliver between 9am and 6pm as a guideline, but the times may differ depending on your area. We will always require a signature on delivery and hence if you are not at home when we deliver a card will be posted through your letterbox, which advises of an unsuccessful delivery attempt. You will then be required to call the courier to arrange collection. Should you not subsequently collect your parcel we may have to charge you for a re-delivery.

Electrostoreonline denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damage or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by couriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.

You must inspect the goods on delivery.  If any goods are damaged (or not delivered), you must write to tell us within three days of delivery (or the expected delivery time). You must give us (and any courier) a reasonable opportunity to inspect the damaged goods.
